Goods refer to the items/services offered for sale on the website/social media accounts.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods/Services from Us.
Service refers to the services available on website/social media accounts.
Website refers to Airtune.in, accessible from https://Airtune.in
Social Media Accounts refers to Airtune.in social media accounts, accessible from usernames @Airtune.in, @airtune, @onlybangerzz.in, @onlybangerzz @6xbeats
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so and will be eligible to get a 100% refund.

*On cancellation from your side after making an order or after receiving the sample a cancellation fee of 30-50% will be charged on the price paid.

*On cancellation from our side, 80-100% of the amount will be refunded. We only charge a 20% platform fee in certain cases.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation and to receive your refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision:

Also, provide your UPI ID or Your Bank account details (Bank account name, Bank account number & Your Banks IFSC)

The Amount to be Refunded will be directly transferred to your Bank Account via UPI or Bank Transfer within 3-7 days after reviewing your case.

Refunds

In accordance with our Refund Policy. You are entitled to Get a Refund on the following –

*The amount paid is 100% Refundable upon cancellation within 72 hours, If your Order is not accepted by the service provider/vendor/partner.

*On cancellation from your side after receiving the Order confirmation or the first sample, a cancellation fee of 30-50% will be charged on the amount paid.

*On cancellation from our side, 80-100% of the amount paid will be refunded. We only charge a 20% platform fee in certain cases.

*Once the Order is finalized or Completed, No Refunds will be made and a 100% cancellation will be applicable.
